Opening soon in Tiburon, Petite Left Bank is the newest restaurant from Vine Hospitality. We own and operate the Left Bank, LB Steak, Camper, and Meso Modern Mediterranean family of restaurants, located in the Bay Area.

We're seeking experienced servers with a passion for sincere hospitality. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of serving experience in full service restaurants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves and oversees servers provide food and beverages to the guests promptly and follows the standards set by the facility
• Ensure that all guests are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Ensure all service standards are complied with as described in the server training manual
• Ensure that all orders are taken accurately and reviewed back to the guest
• Prepare and deliver all beverages in a timely manor. Following the wine service steps when needed
• Ensure quality check backs are done in a timely matter
• Proper cash handling and room post procedures are followed
• Properly ring in all orders using the POS system
• Assist in refilling and maintaining cleanliness standards
• All other responsibilities as dictated by the business or assigned by the Senior Management

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of related experience
• Required Food Safety Certification (CA)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Familiar with restaurant industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures
• Work under pressure within a well integrated team environment
• Able to consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
