Job description
- Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in a “full-service dining” environment.
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal & written.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must be able to wait on 12 people at one time.
- Must be able to carry tray in one hand, 6 beverages on a cocktail tray, and be able to serve beverages with the other hand.
- Must be able to carry a tray with 6 meals on it weighing approximately 30 pounds.
- Must have an outgoing and friendly personality and willingness to be patient and courteous with members/guests and other co-workers.
- Stand for 8-10 hours. Be able to tolerate hot and cold conditions on the service line. Must be able to kneel down, bend over and stand up many times during a shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
