A new restaurant concept is coming to Portage Lakes October 14th!

We have had amazing success in hiring a wonderful team for a new upscale scratch restaurant with a beautiful view on Portage Lakes! We are looking for one more experienced bartender and server to complete our team! This is a company with a longevity of financial success in branding new restaurant concepts, and this one is going to be no exception.

What we are committed to giving our team:

• No late nights, restaurant hours are 3- 9pm/10pm Friday and Saturday
• Sunday brunch only, evenings off.
• Flexible schedule/hours. Closed most holidays.
• High check average, outdoor dining igloos with check minimums
• Excellent training and free food at least 1 week before opening
• Staff meal and preshifts daily
• Individuality, ability to express yourself in a professional manner
• We want you to help collaborate and share your ideas with us on all aspects of the business, fun, inclusive environment
• Work with a Michelin trained Executive Chef in helping rebrand this new concept.
• Huge opportunities in growth and management roles.

What we are looking for:

• A professional positive attitude with a willing to learn
• Must have fine dining/upscale casual experience in the FOH
• An above average knowledge of food and beverage at a high level.
• Impeccable attendance with an eye for detail.
