We're looking for someone who is ready to join a creative and collaborative team. We are bringing the industry leaders of craft alcohol Straight to Ale, Good People, Avondale, Druid City, Salty Nut and uniting in the pursuit of expert craftsmanship.
The Co-Op will have a full state of the art kitchen with the capacity to cater for our partners at Stovehouse. Alongside the food we of course we will offer 50 unique taps that will include draft cocktails, wine and beer.
With this said our environment is fun, professional and unique.
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare non-alcohol beverages for restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present menus
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish server station inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of customer service
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the sections organized, stocked and clean
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
