Catalyst Communication Group, Inc. (CCG) is currently seeking an experienced Senior Technician and Low-Voltage Special Systems Expert. A suitable candidate for this role will be able to install, troubleshoot, program and repair the following types of systems:

· Access Control

· Security Cameras

· Network Cabling

· Alarm Systems

The person who fills this role will be responsible to perform installations and service calls. They will help lead projects in the field and will develop project management skills. There are growth opportunities!

CCG will provide sales leads and customer contacts as well as advertising support. CCG will also provide business support in the form of the office backend: bookkeeping, invoicing, scheduling, and the like. CCG utilizes a remote office model and has done so for years, therefore the Senior Technician will have the opportunity to office-at-home. CCG will provide a work truck, tools, and equipment. The person who fills this role will grow to lead the field technicians, coordinate people and materials, manage projects, and provide broad oversight to the team. The suitable candidate will have the technical knowledge, communication skills, and maturity to perform work with excellence and get the best out of any future employees.

The pay for this position will open at a generous hourly rate based on experience, with additional certs being a plus. IN ADDITION, it is expected that there will be bonuses based on the growth and profitability of the office. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
