The
Senior Technical Product Manager, Platforms will serve as product owner for our engineering platforms on top of which we build incredible customer and brand experiences alongside our partners that drive a lot of value to the company. This deeply nuanced, highly complex engineering platform serves as a bridge between Fevo and our external partners and is designed for high-scalability and robustness. We have built a massive opportunity to link the world class tickets and products we sell and our proprietary social commerce platform with incredible partners in travel, loyalty, tech, and other verticals. With half a dozen integration partners and more coming serving over 700 brands, we need to deliver an amazing platform quickly to seize that momentum.
Remote work is fully acceptable for this position with occasional travel encouraged for optimal results. We maintain an HQ in NYC and also have nexuses forming in both Austin, TX, and Denver, CO.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Break down complex problems into sprint-size work
- Translate business needs into technical indicators and measure performance at every step
- Aggressively prioritize the most valuable work
- Determine the 20% of work that delivers 80% of the value and focus on it
- Manage stakeholder internally and partners maintaining high trust and transparency
- Dive deep into whatever area needs help and trust and empower in areas already performing
ABOUT YOU:
- You are located in one of these preferred locations: Denver, NYC, or Austin
- You have 5-7+ years of product experience with a strong technical background
- Expert level knowledge of product management methodologies and organizations
- Experience in ecommerce flows, systems, and best practices
- Conceptual knowledge and passion for social and gamification psychology driving commerce
- Overall excellence in career and education
