Freshly Staffed is seeking an individual to represent our client in the Hollywood area as a Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, and be an Excel wizard! Being bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement. This role will be reporting to the controller – assist with reconciliations, and month end close process, and will work heavy with excel and Intact ERP.

Job Functions

• Gather financial data and keep ledgers current
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Adhere to accounting procedures so as to be compliant with policies and practices
• Handle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications

• Bilingual is a PLUS but not required

• Strong Excel skills

• Strong analytical skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
