Senior Software Engineer
Description
As a Senior Software Engineer at ParkMyFleet, you will help build the future marketplace for mobility. You will bring new software to life as well as maintain our existing product catalog. On a typical day, you will meet with team members to plan, design, write and review code. You will also mentor less experienced developers and help grow the team. Great communication is essential, as you will work closely with various other teams. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities
· Oversee software development lifecycle from design to release
· Architect and write software across the full stack
· Design database structure
· Integrate with 3rd party APIs
· Help choose the right tools for the job
· Ensure high quality of the product using modern testing practices
· Coach junior developers, including reviewing code and providing valuable feedback
· Interview potential candidates and help grow the team
Qualifications
· At least 5 years of experience in software development
· Experience working with various web technologies (preferably with .NET, React, and SQL)
· Ability to work and communicate with other teams, including Product and Design
· Leadership skills, including mentoring other team members and growing a team
· Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (preferably with Azure)
· Ability to work remotely
· Experience working with Fleet Management or other Automotive software is a plus
