We're excited to be looking for a Senior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Technical Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Pittsfield, MA. Reporting to our Director, Growth & Acquisition, you will assist in a variety of duties and key general marketing functions.

The ideal candidate will be quick, curious, and highly analytical in their approach to developing a robust SEO strategy for The Annie Selke brands. The SEO Specialist can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns. This position is a remote position with the occasional requirement to report to our Pittsfield, MA office. Seeking candidates within the general Northeast Region, NY, MA, CT, VT, ME, NH, RI, NJ to ensure availability when necessary.

How you will support the team...

• Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data in order to make meaningful recommendations is required.
• Ability to write clearly and quickly, present your ideas in an organized and coherent manner and be willing to stand up to the challenges of a performance marketing channel
• Ability to perform performance analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
• Build data to evaluate incremental SEM and SEO ROI, revenue deltas, and KPIs and develop reporting to deliver insights to management.
• Conduct audits of search campaigns, track daily promotions, testing, seasonal campaigns, and develop optimization strategies.
• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
• Management of SEO platform and vendor needs
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals–general and keyword specific
• Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
• Work closely with the other team members to meet goals
• Passion for SEO and digital marketing and a proven solid understanding of search engine optimization (certified or minimum 2 year of relevant experience)
• Operational SEO experience in-house or in agency including experience with the most common SEO tools
• Basic knowledge of the Digital Marketing ecosystem and platforms such as Google Search Console and Google Marketing Platform is required.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

We're looking for someone with...

• BS/BA degree preferred
• 2 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
• Experience working with popular SEO and keyword tools (Preferably Brightedge, SEMrush, MOZ, Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
• Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
• Desired knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
