JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a senior product manager on Newmark’s Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for innovating and delivering high-quality, differentiated data solutions which exploit the value of data for Newmark and its customers. This position will leverage their strong data and industry experience while build strong relationships to ideate and craft innovative produce visions, define product roadmaps, and drive product delivery.

This senior product manager will take existing products and establish an product vision which delivers strong business return and user adoption while also ideating around new products. As a growing team, this role will be expected to wear many hats. This position will balance tradeoffs between options and execute in an agile methodology with a focus on delivering meaning value early and often.

The senior product manager of data products will be a subject matter expert around data and analytics and understand and craft innovative ways to exploit data, AI & machine learning, and automation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Own the product strategy for data products across Newmark

• Evangelize data products and exploiting the value of data across Newmark

• Partner with UI/UX designers and data engineers to build intuitive, scalable, and high-quality data products

• Keep stakeholders informed of product roadmaps and product delivery progress

• Drive project delivery utilizing agile delivery methodologies while driving consensus and plowing through roadblocks

• Develop and deliver KPIs which measure product value and adoption metrics

• Manage product backlogs and drive product roadmaps

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager on an agile team

• Deep knowledge and passion for data and analytics

• Experience building products in the commercial real estate industry

• Proven experience partnering with design and engineering to build viable and lovable digital products

• Track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and technical stakeholders

• Track record of communicating technical information effectively to non-technical audiences

• Proven experiencing leading agile teams and running and organizing sprints

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices

• Strong query/SQL skills and data analysis techniques

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field is preferred

PREFERRED:

• Experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $208,000.00 - $209,000.00 per year
