Under the direct supervision of the Associate General Counsel, Unfair Labor Practices, Agricultural Labor Relations Board (Regional Director) and the general supervision of the General Counsel, the incumbent provides clerical support for the Regional Office. The incumbent performs a full range of secretarial and administrative duties for the Regional Director and other regional staff.
Duties will be adjusted if hired at the Office Technician (Typing) level.

Special Requirements
- The position(s) require(s) fluency in the Spanish language. If the State of California does not have a current record documenting your fluency in this language, you will be required to successfully pass an approved language fluency test prior to being hired.
- A typing certification is required if hired at the Office Technician (Typing) level. The typing certification must be 5 minutes in length and proctored either virtually or in person in the last four years.
