TULK seeks experts with Research and Development (R&D), Transition and Evaluation (T&E), and leadership experience to support basic and applied research efforts for new geospatial capabilities. Our efforts provide strategic, programmatic, and administrative support to scientists and senior government administration officials for existing and planned R&D programs, market research of existing state of the art technologies, acquisition of new capabilities, and organizational management.

Senior International Specialist for Strategic Partnerships and Communications
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
Knowledge and experience in International Affairs, understanding governance of Government to Government relationships. Familiarity with DoD and IC policies related to international cooperation, acquisition, disclosure & release, and technology transfer. Capability and experience in organization and logistical support to meetings and internal and external events. Capability to prepare, coordinate, route, and approve documents and reports. Ability to communicate and coordinate with other national program managers, scientists and project teams.
Required Skills and Experience of the International Cooperation Specialist (Senior)
- BA/BS, MA/MS, or PhD in International Relations, Foreign Affairs, Communications, Political Science, Information Science/Technology or closely related field
- 15 years of experience
- US Government Issued Top Secret Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
- US Citizenship
