FairLifts: A Rapidly Expanding Organization - What We Do
You will work within an organization that has quickly grown from inception to become wildly profitable, whose aim is to provision all manner of helicopter, crane, and other logistics services.
A few examples of our offerings include utilizing helicopters in replacing HVAC units, surveying pipelines, installing light poles, and transportation. Although rotor-wing (helicopter) lifts are our primary focus, fixed wing charters, UAV, and cranes are among our nationwide network of service subcontractors.

About Your Career
You’ll receive inbound leads via phone and email, determine the applicability of our various service options, and present the most effective solution to each client’s needs.
Develop sufficient recurring clientele to prevent the need for new inbound leads, so that you might concentrate solely on maintaining ongoing client project needs.
While presenting currently available options, it’s imperative that we seek & establish new subcontractor relationships that would be of benefit to our customers. A multitude of offerings is a competitive advantage that separates us from the competition.
Educate yourself on all this aviation: regulations, insurance requirements, aircraft specifications, service capabilities, and all other aspects that can be of benefit to successful lead fulfillment. We plan all aspects of each project with our clients, and it's imperative that our expertise provides the value they expect.
Cultivate and maintain recurring, long-term relationships with customers, as well as networking to generate referral leads. Lead management and consistent, organized follow up is essential.
To perform well, continual improvement is key. Because this position involves a great deal of autonomy, research, training, and innovation are expected from each team member. Researching methods of disassembling an HVAC unit to reduce its weight, taking an online rigging safety course, finding new service partners, reviewing calls, and developing new ways to offer more value to our clients. Each of the previous examples is meant to illustrate that continual improvement involves going beyond what can be specified in a job description. Every part of the team is flexible enough to fill the roles most necessary to move the company forward.
Accepted applicants are not generally expected to work on weekends, with exceptions for client project needs or surges in clientele. For example, we receive substantially more calls for assistance before major weather events. Call volume and other factors may affect schedules. Generally, our 9-hour shifts are scheduled at 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 to 7 PM each day.
