Senior Human Resources Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Senior Human Resources Administrator with great organizational skills for Direct Hire, ONSITE job in Fremont, Ca.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate HR operational programs.
- Administer the EDD Work Share Program.
- Company Vehicle Fleet Program and DMV administrator, including but not limited to; purchasing vehicles, leasing vehicles, tracking vehicles, track & administer vehicle gas cards, accident reporting, Motor Vehicle Record screenings.
- Administration of Anniversary Award Program for all Client companies.
- Organize and coordinate company Wellness Program & company events.
- Fulfill all Verification of Employment requests.
- Complete all State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) communications.
- Support the Human Resources team with employee questions.
- Coordinate meal ordering for Employee Lunch Program.
- Support with Human Resources special projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior Administrative support role, ideally supporting a construction or service industry organization.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting various teams and company programs.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational ability
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry and data processing
- Self-motivated, organized, can work with minimal direction, manage your time well, and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday -7am - 4pm
Compensation: 70-85K plus bonus and benefits
