• 
  Serves as the SME and technical point-of-contact providing system analysis for configuration changes and updates
• Ensure HR technology issues are resolved timely. Troubleshooting, resolve or escalate issues when needed.
• Ensures data integrity in all HR Systems, monitoring integrations to/from all systems. Lead required audits when necessary.
• Responsible for formatting and performing all system mass processing
• Performs system maintenance, including reviewing, testing and implementing new system releases and hotfixes,
• Maintains HCM security and role configuration
• Partner with HR and HR Shared Services to develop user procedures, guidelines and training materials. Conducts training to users on processes/functionality.
• Assists with improving the efficiency of the HR & HR Shared Services team’s processes by enhancing the employee experience through automation, self-service, workflows and process improvement.
• Collaborates with business partners & actively consults functional users to analyze current existing processes, user goals, and gaps in current user experience to drive business process improvement and day-to-day support of business needs
• Design and develop custom reporting, analytics and dashboards.
• Work as a project lead with implementation of new modules, including scope and requirement documentation, configuration and UAT testing.
• Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Prior experience with a SAAS HCM System required, Ceridian Dayforce preferred
• 5 years of HRIS administration and configuration experience required
• 2 years of project lead experience required
• 2 years designing and developing customer reporting preferred
• XML, SQL experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to anticipate and respond to needs, design and deliver HRIS processes, and support daily operations
• HCM system technical application experience; Functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Learning Management and Benefit processes
• Strong customer focus to partner with internal HR/Payroll/Benefits and business clients in order to resolve issues and anticipate business needs
• Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
