Landmark Hospitality is actively seeking a highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented, full-time in-house Graphic Designer.

Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, owning and operating unique and iconic venues, restaurants, and boutique hotels throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This role will work under the guidance of the Director of Business Development and directly to the marketing manager to ensure timely development, creation, and production of print and digital advertising and collateral material, including banner & display ads, brochures, sales support materials, print advertising, and promotional material for Landmark Hospitality and its affiliated companies. The job of the Graphic Designer is to take the concept to creation and ultimately, completion.

The position will be based out of our Home Base offices in Plainfield, NJ.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more
• Collaborating with the marketing and creative team, high-level management, and operations to ensure the Landmark brand is consistent throughout.
• Develop active content to live on platforms ranging from social media to print
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Manage the sourcing and execution of all collateral from print to delivery

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with a major or concentration in graphic design
• Mastery of graphic design software
• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
• Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills (graphic design and photo)
• Ability to communicate design choices clearly.
• Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
