Job Responsibilities:
- Support PEO Aviation Headquarters front office and other Project Offices as needed, with visual presentation materials.
- Work with various civilian/contractor/army personnel to assist in the material gathering process for PEO Aviation events.
- Be capable to run with a client's concept, idea, or sketch and turn it into a final hi-end product with minimal initial input.
- Provide a wide variety of skills for supporting the design of print collateral, concepts, program office logos, and web graphics as needed for PEO AVN HQ.
- Maintain a current master slide repository with updating public release slides with the latest updates.
- Control configuration management of related presentations along with monitoring corporate branding.
- Support and/or offer Program Managers with assistance in generating briefings.
- Strong background with Adobe and Microsoft software.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a professional product under fast-paced environment.
- Support conferences with custom pocket guidebooks for the PEO, DPEO and CoS with scheduled events.
- Collaborate with outside agencies and OEMs to prepare and coordinate the strategic message for the PEO and prepare briefing materials to convey that message.
- Design and Create Plaques and Gifts for employees and dignitaries as required.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Designer 2016 & SharePoint 2019.
Education and General experience:
- 10+ Years Experience with Graphic Design and Adobe Suite Preferred.
- Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in one of the following specialty areas Art, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Development. In lieu of a degree must have 15 years' experience.
Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
