Your Responsibilities as a Sr Engineer:

• Serve as senior technical lead on geotechnical and civil engineering projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret geotechnical data for building foundations, roads, and other engineered structures including bearing capacity, settlement, and erosion.
• Conduct field investigations for geotechnical projects
• Write and review technical reports and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
• Assist with project management activities.
• Mentor and train engineering staff and ensure quality work product.

What we're looking for:

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, AutoCAD, and the add-on program Civil 3D.
• Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor and train staff.
• Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
• Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.
