Position Summary:
The Senior Forward Operating Specialist works closely with the Facilities Director to manage expansion into a significant number of new sites. The position is responsible for managing supply chain issues, finding work arounds, and handling the logistics of inventory delivery. The position will be responsible for supervising Junior Operating Specialists.
Key Responsibilities

  • Outfit new locations from start to finish and manage all logistics associated with new site openings, i.e., supply chain management, build out of new sites, and delivery of furniture and supplies at the right time.
  • Coordinate the purchase of all items needed for new locations, and arrange for delivery, pick-up and installation of those items, warehousing where needed.
  • Perform maintenance as needed while on site.
  • Effectively budget for FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment)
  • Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with our security system vendor.
  • Develop metrics and report monthly on the status of location expansion
  • Construction management experience preferred.
  • Be available for travel approximately 4- 10 days a month.
  • Ability to work long extended hours when deploying a new facility.
  • Lift and move supplies, desks, furniture, and equipment

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Supply chain management experience preferred.
  • Ability to hang a tv, connect a router, handle simple repairs.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using electronic communication.
  • Proven ability to solve problems.
  • Proven ability to establish and follow timelines, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, work with working teams, and display a high degree of initiative with ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations, and take appropriate action.
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be comfortable carrying moving and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
