About the role

Running efficient operations is an essential factor to a successful organization. This Senior Executive Assistant will support our executives, managing their time and priorities to best support and ensure success.

Responsibilities of the Senior Executive Assistant include standard administrative responsibilities, such as managing calendars, meetings, time prioritization and availability, T&E. They also include independent management and oversight of overall operations and support for your respective business segment. You will be a link between business segments, making sure administrative and business office operations across the our optimized and use best practices.

You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and provide support to the CFO and their reporting SVPs. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York City office and part of the time work-from-home/remote.

The base pay for this role is: $96,000 -$126,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complex calendars of the CFO and their reporting SVPs
  • Evaluate workflow for the leaders; develop an understanding of task and issue priorities; bring urgent matters to attention
  • Manage all aspects of executives' travel and expense-management processes
  • Work with fellow EA Team members to coordinate meeting requests, provide onsite support, and identify areas for improvement within teams
  • Partner with important roles in People, Finance, Workplace Operations, and IT to coordinate processes for your executive's business segment (e.g., budgeting, headcount planning)
  • Independently manage in-person and virtual events in consideration of the executive's priorities
  • Welcome VIP guests; ensure their needs are covered while onsite to visit with executive leaders

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive.

Pay Transparency:

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
