This position is for Inbound/ Outbound Queue Associate with American Health Holdings Medical Management Customer Service Department. The job is part of a fast-paced environment in which high level customer service is a must. Promotes/ supports quality effectiveness of healthcare services.

An Inbound/ Outbound Queue Associate supports comprehensive coordination of medical services such as initiating, responding, and resolving precertification issues to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to our customers (member, providers and TPA’s).

This position works directly with Call Center supervisors to troubleshoot customer challenges, verify information, and proactively coordinate solutions.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 33.65

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience as an as a medical assistant, office assistant or other medical role experience.

• Strong customer service skills to coordinate service delivery including attention to customers, sensitivity to issues, proactive identification, and resolution of issues to promote positive outcomes for members.

• Computer literacy to navigate through internal/ external computer systems, including Excel. Ability to effectively participate in multi-disciplinary team including internal and external participants.

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology.

• Effective communication, telephonic, and organization skills.

Education
High School diploma or G.E.D.
