Essential Duties
- Monitor the shared Outlook mailbox for all communications; archive, distribute and respond as necessary; maintain and update all client related information on SharePoint as new alerts and information is provided.
- Review, distribute, and complete client questionnaires; update the shared reference resource with responses, commonly used language and references.
- Complete, track, and send monthly client reports: Complaints Report, CCKQC Assessment, QM Non-Call Tracking, Contested Files, Notary Listing.
- Launch new hire and annual trainings, download and save all training completion certificates, and maintain training logs.
- Review and update rosters with change in employment status; update Firm Contact Matrix.
- Provide clients with updated COI’s as they come due for renewal.
- Assist the Compliance Analyst with ongoing internal audits and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous compliance experience preferred but not required.
- Must be a self-starter and organized.
- Familiar with SOP’s is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and balance competing, time-urgent demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the company.
