The Senior Lead Client Success Specialist responsibilities include overseeing a team of people who are responsible for multiple aspects of client success and customer service. Your team will have ownership over onboarding clients, resolving client queries, recommending solutions, and guiding clients through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an energetic and excellent communicator, leader, problem solver and delegator who's able to earn and maintain your team and client's trust and confidence on an ongoing basis. Ultimately, you will help your team establish our reputation as a company, build trust with clients, and maintain a positive relationship with clients while offering excellent client support during various forms of communication throughout their experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee team for all client needs and communications striving to be proactive and optimize all aspects of the client journey with a heavy focus on retention and client renewals
  • Oversee data collection and feedback from team members and clients while looking for proactive ways to innovate and improve client success, retention and overall experience by reviewing and optimizing data and processes
  • Serve as main point of contact for internal and external team members by communicating accurate information and compiling and sharing reports
  • Ensure team members are maintaining accurate notes and navigating software with integrity for each client with pertinent notes
  • Step up when needed in order to fulfill all commitments scheduled by your team

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and CRM software, knowledge of CS software and our industry is a plus
  • Patience and grace when handling tough situations and interactions via various forms of communication with internal and external team members
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills on a case-by-case scenario
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and quickly learn and implement new programs when needed
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the team and multitask while working well under pressure
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work, i.e. PipeDrive and Active Campaign
  • College Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
