THE ROLE:
We are seeking to hire a Senior Business Analyst who is capable of providing high-level project oversight of business initiatives through data analysis and modeling, identification of implementation barriers, and preparing operational insights that will steer conversations for continuous improvement across the company.
This position needs someone who is proactive, truly staying on top of wanting to understand the business as a whole, and has strong business acumen. Our ideal candidate has a real passion for research, solving problems, organization, and following up. Work entails confidential and sensitive information requiring a high degree of discretion.
