KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Strategic Planning & Investments organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling and analysis to support strategic planning as requested by the Head of Analytics, Head of Strategy Planning, Chief Strategy Officer, and Center of Strategy for the Strategic Planning & Investments team
• Provide further insight into the firm’s overall strategy through ad hoc analysis across customer groups, functions, and industries
• Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story
• Develop and maintain regular reporting across KPIs, key business areas, strategic initiatives and other aspects needed to monitor progress across strategic imperatives
• Maintain accurate records of analysis, models, outputs, and data in a manner that permits broader communication of the data (in support of cascading the firm strategy and development of Function strategies), and the addition of up-to-date data and updating of analyses and models

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience in a business analyst, financial analyst or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) related roles is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or other, analytical related field is preferred
• Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Strong critical thinking skills to draw conclusions from various data sources and analyze data objectively, applying logical thought and proffering solutions
• Ability to work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business is preferred
• Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and the ability to interact with senior executives across departments
