About the Role:
The Sr Analyst role reports to the Sr. Manager, Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This candidate will provide insights and suggestions on day-to-day business decisions, optimizations and customer journey. It will require knowledge of Customer Analytics and E-comm Business operations. This position also requires good judgement, integrity, flexibility, and an ability to prioritize, organize and provide thoughtful analysis. This role is an individual contributor to the Analytics Team and will play a generalist role. You will have opportunities to present findings directly to senior leaders across the organization.
This position should be well versed with analytics technologies and understand how analytics can be used to influence our business decisions. This role will be responsible for leveraging multiple forms of data to analyze the different marketing initiatives and actionable recommendations.
You'll Make a Difference By:
- Providing solutions for ongoing customer analytics and business problems.
- Providing market basket analysis, Growth contribution analysis to business.
- Analyzing monthly performance, provide recommendations and lookback based on the look back analysis
- Producing easy-to-understand, error-free, timely deliverables across different business units.
- Identifying white-space opportunities within our group and surrounding operations.
- Identifying statistical methods and rigor that would incrementally improve our results and analysis.
- Managing special projects or serve as an analytical expert on project teams requiring customer data. Follow special projects through entire project lifecycle with participation in or leadership of planning, executing, and closing of these initiatives.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical or related field with 4-5 years of work experience or master’s degree with 3-4 years of experience.
- Skilled in GCP, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and story telling
- Preferable visualization skill in Tableau is a plus
- Understanding of basic e-comm and wholesale business KPI’s
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including influence and leader engagement
- High level of analytical and business curiosity
- Flexible and creative problem solver
- Readily adapts and champion for change
- Personal professionalism and sense of accountability
- Experience with test design and execution as part of a testing & optimization program
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
