About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will set the GTM strategy and lead the sales process for our enterprise segment. You’ll have a chance to be at the forefront of bringing web3 into brand loyalty and membership programs and you will become a trusted partner to senior leadership at leading brands in retail, e-commerce, food and bev, hospitality, sports, entertainment and more.

You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of Product and Success experts to ensure we are delivering impactful solutions to our customers. As our first Sales hire, you will also have the opportunity to play a foundational role in defining and building our sales function.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with leadership to develop a go-to-market strategy and present your plan of attack for the enterprise segment within your first 90 days.

  • Consult with brands to understand their objectives, value drivers and processes and partner with internal teams to flesh out enterprise use cases and needs.

  • Drive net-new revenue growth by selling directly to key decision makers at top brands, including C-level executives and other key stakeholders.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles that are 3+ months long, including aligning the timing of customer requirements against Hang’s product roadmap.

  • Proactively build and improve sales collateral, processes, and systems.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 5 years of quota-carrying experience in high performing technology sales organizations.

  • You have previous experience leading complex, strategic sales cycles with durations of at least 3 months.

  • You are familiar with and understand the entire sales cycle and how it fits together and you can fly solo until we build out our full sales org (SDRs, Sales Engineers, Ops, etc)

  • You are a great listener and can generate broader insights from customer conversations.

  • You have experience selling to multiple personas at VP and C-levels.

What Would Set You Apart

  • You have previously worked with named / strategic accounts and regularly achieved deal outcomes well into the six figures.

  • You understand the needs of consumer brands and have experience selling to them.

  • You have a strong interest in Web3 and NFTs and are already familiar with the blockchain ecosystem.
