Our Dental Office in Smyrna, GA is looking to hire a full-time Patient Care Coordinator.

This position earns a competitive wage of $18 - $23/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

In this role, you handle all things administrative while also ensuring a positive experience for our patients. In other words, we need you - you are invaluable! Each day, you open and close the office, but what happens in between is what's really exciting.

You will greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, and create and present treatment plans. You will need to be comfortable collecting money from patients at the end of the appointment and answering any questions that they may have.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Extremely strong customer service or sales background required

Past experience in a dental office is desired, but not necessary

Must have a desire to genuinely serve our patients and enhance their satisfaction and increase office efficiency. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers and the practice as a whole.

We provide full dental evaluations and give complete rundowns of treatment options in a comfortable and relaxing environment. We work a 4 day work week (M-Th 7:30-5), with occasional Fridays required for training purposes
