VETS SECURING AMERICA (VSA) is NOW hiring Security Site Supervisors!
This position may require flexible schedule availability. Fast paced team environment; qualified individual must be able to self manage and work in this demanding but rewarding position. If you are a road warrior, this position is for you!

As a SITE SUPERVISOR, you will develop staff and will perform all duties of security officers and supervisors as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.
- Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff.
- Conduct daily visits to all locations assigned.
- Assist with complaints from clients.
- Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
- Respond immediately to open shifts. Able to work extended hours when needed.
- Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Field Supervisor.
- Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers.
- Must become knowledgeable of VSA and customers' expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
- Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as-needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Security Experience in a Supervisory role (At least 2 Years Experience)
- Clean Driver License (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- US Citizen or Lawful Resident with the ability to work in the USA
- Computer skills to utilize technology
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills must be able to use independent judgment
- Able to provide high-quality customer service
- Ability to Pass Drug Test
- Professional appearance
- No Felony Arrests/Convictions
- Able to work day, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays (on-call)
- Must be able to work in various working environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as rain, heat, cold
- Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work (company will provide patrol vehicle while on duty)
