SecureNet Protection Services is looking for a Security Personnel/Scheduling Manager that is adaptable to change and growth with a focus on personnel management and scheduling. The right candidate will be calm and ready to take on the challenges of the industry with creative solutions and a collaborative approach.
Our Security Personnel/Scheduling Manager reports to our Director of Operation. Primary responsibilities are overseeing personnel, scheduling lead and supervising dispatch. A clear understanding of the service industry and compliance along with excellent communication skills is essential. Any applicant MUST have scheduling experience, preferably for a staff of 100 or more.
This position also works directly with our recruiter and HR with interviewing. The main schedule for Security Personnel/Scheduling Manager is Mon-Fri day hours, but overseeing our 24/7 Dispatch Department requires some on-call duty on nights and weekends.

Candidates Need:
Thorough understanding of the security industry and commercial facilities
Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow and standard operation procedures
Understanding of technical procedures and the ability to communicate it simply to others
Ability to plan, develop and implement
Understanding of resources and budget
Ability to strategize, develop new procedures and policy
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Consistent follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to research and gather facts and data
Current Guard Card
Fire/Life safety training is a plus
AA or higher with 5 years of related experience
