Job description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
To maintain a safe environment for employees, patients and visitors in accordance with department policies and standard operating procedures. Reports to the Supervisor of Security and coordinating Shift Charge Officers.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, College level criminal justice coursework or Security/Police training preferred.
- PC Basic skills.
- Position requires 1-2 years of experience, with HealthCare Security Officer, Military Security Officer or Police Officer experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Valid Michigan Driver's License required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $22.09 per hour
