Job purpose

Install, program and service security banking equipment (e.g. alarms, CCTV, Access Control).

Duties and responsibilities

Primary job duties and responsibilities:

• Manage & train crew of 1-2 Security Installation Helpers
• Perform Prewire installations
• Provide frontline technical support to on-site customers by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, & system issues
• Perform upgrades and repairs
• Perform equipment installations and programming

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• 3-5 years of experience required
• Familiarity with DMP, Bosch, Verint or March Networks in banking applications
• Ability to interact with clients in a positive and professional manner
• Ability to communicate and explain job details with the installation team
• Ability to work safely with minimal supervision

Working conditions

Job is performed on customer sites throughout our regional service area. Working hours generally are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm but may require some evenings, and overnight travel. A QSI vehicle is provided for travel to and from job sites.

Physical requirements

Position requires ability to ride in a truck long distances which require overnight stays, ability to sit and stand for continuous period of time, and ability to push/pull 75+ pounds

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
