McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 15 locations across the Midwest, has an opening for a Secretary position in Mt Vernon, IL.
Successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, with switchboard and data entry experience.
Duties and Responsibilities But Not Limited To
- Answering Phone Calls
- Greeting Customers
- Directing Customers to the appropriate individuals
- Assist in the office as an administrative and clerical capacity as needed
- Organized and show attention to detail
Requirements
- Computer skills preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced work flow
- Present positive and professional manner
