St. Aloysius Catholic School is looking for a full-time primary teacher to join our collaborative team. This position would be for second grade. This is a self-contained classroom, and the selected candidate would be responsible for teaching all core subjects.

We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with students and challenging them to reach their maximum potential. Key responsibilities include: teaching a primary class (self-contained), assessing student progress, working collaboratively with the primary teaching team, and building relationships with students in and out of the classroom. The candidate filling the position will be expected to fill other roles in the school, based on skills and need. Must hold current State of Ohio teaching license (i.e. PK-3, 1-8, etc.). A reading endorsement and/or experience in an urban grade school setting is a plus.

Candidates MUST have at least a bachelors degree in education and are excited about working with primary students are encouraged to apply. A competitive salary will be offered for this position based on experience and credentials.
