We are looking for self-driven, energetic, and organized go-getters to join our retail stockroom team for an unprecedented holiday season! Responsibilities: You will work with the back-of-house team in our retail store to quickly and accurately fulfill customer pick-up orders during the holiday season and ensure each one is ready for curbside or in-store pickup when promised. This includes, but is not limited to: • Monitor order fulfillment speed and efficiency to ensure orders are processed accurately and as quickly as possible. • Completes stockroom tasks including reprinting tags, receiving and sorting product, and pulling from overstock bins, while maintaining stock room organizational standards • Assist with markdowns, cycle counts, rebalances, floor flips, and floor replenishments as needed • Going above and beyond to deliver a WOW experience for each and every customer Our Ideal Candidate will have: • Familiarity working within the Manhattan platform and executing processes from start to finish, including picking, packing, and rejecting, and reporting within Manhattan, including Store Dash and Task Monitoring • Scheduling flexibility – ability to work late nights or early mornings as needed to ensure orders are prepared on time • Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment working on tight deadlines and accommodating changes rapidly • Proven ability to self-manage; holds self accountable for speed and accuracy in work product • A strong ability to maintain organization, work efficiently, and prioritize effectively • A true spirit of teamwork – you know that we’re always better together and look for ways to support or assist wherever you are needed • A passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience – you understand the difference is in the details and you have high standards for anything that touches our customers • An agile, growth mindset: strong desire to learn, grow, embrace new ideas, and pivot as needed. • A genuine passion for giving back and serving the community • Must be 18 years of age or older • Ability to work in a standing position or on your feet for extended periods of time • Must be able to wear a safety face mask for the entirety of your shift
