Seasonal Production Assistant

THE JOB:
We’re looking for someone who is highly self-motivated and equally talented. This position requires attention to detail in a fast moving, live entertainment capacity. We are looking for an experienced Event professional to join our Operations Team as a PA for daily event operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure retail locations are stocked & prepped prior to opening & restocked during event
- Responsible for delivering guest control barricades, ropes and stanchions are set up throughout event space prior to opening
- Ensure all guest control equipment, retail locations and Box Office areas are struck each night
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain Special Events Inventory and Supply Tracking
- Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous PA experience preferred.
- Experienced with multitasking in a hectic environment
- Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating, and personal interface skills
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills, including use of 2-way radios
- Proven job reliability, diligence, and dedication
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to work event days/nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Stand for long periods of time and work outside in various weather conditions
- Work outdoors and carry up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours during a shift
- Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be available to work upcoming up to two seasonal Holidays: Easter, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Halloween
