Description

Assist customers and follow E-Services procedures to efficiently provide customer care via calls, chats emails, reviews and social media, entering orders, inputting and verifying customer data.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answers internet support calls

• Email inquiries

• On Line Chat

• Other duties as assigned by the Contact Center Manager

Requirements

• Team Player – work alongside E-Services Team

• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Good listening skills, ability to communicate empathy to customers

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multi-task

• High School Diploma/GED

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be capable of looking and performing tasks at a computer for up to 8 hours

• The ability to take calls and listen and respond accordingly

• Must be able to sit for an extended period of time
