We are seeking professional and effective Customer Service Representatives for a variety of responsibilities in our office. The ideal candidates have diverse backgrounds and are capable of handling multiple tasks at once and thinking on their feet and working with customers to resolve issues. Our Customer Service Representatives will be the voice of our company, so we're looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, talent for multitasking, as well as a passion for customer satisfaction and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Use good customer service skills when interacting with customers.
- Answer customers' questions regarding products, billing and shipping.
- Familiarize yourself with all products so you can answer questions confidently.
- Listen to and retain customer information.
- Maintain good communication with customer service representatives in all departments.
- Learn our computer systems to be able to enter orders, get shipping quotes, process credit cards, and invoice the customer.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
