Lakarya is hiring one of our clients
Role: Scrum Master
Location: Cheaspeake, VA (Remote)

• Work with Product Owner on delivery of high-quality requirements and help him/her with an understanding of team’s technical requests
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions with Product Owners and Architects and help shape the backlogs for sprints (including technical and functional features)
• Set up Scrum ways of working incl. all the rituals that adapt to our organizational context
• Help the team with impediments coming out of the day to day engineering delivery
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Work with management teams to stay up-to-date on the overall progress
• Report on the progress of various sprints and retrospection outcomes for the DevOps teams
• Take the lead in continuously improving our ways of working by suggesting and driving positive changes

What you will need:

• Excellent communication skills – you know how to communicate with deeply technical engineers, as well as senior management
• Practical experience of being a Scrum Master of Scrum (or “Scrumfall”) team
• Battle-proven project management experience
• Very good knowledge of overall software delivery and support processes

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 - $5,500.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
