Job Description:
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scrum.inc Registered Scrum Master (RSM) certification. ACP will be considered.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience as a full-time scrum master leading an Agile Scrum Team
- Experience starting a new scrum team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in software delivery
Critical skills:
- Proficiency with Jira
- Ability to facilitate scrum events and meetings
- Recognize and act to resolve team conflict
- Negotiation and impediment removal
- Forecasting, estimation & planning
- Coaching in Agile practices (to include enforcing the team rules)
- Servant leadership & agile mindset
- Valuable secondary skills and experience (helpful, but not required) o Experience leading two Agile scrum teams simultaneously
- Agile at scale (preferably Scrum@Scale).
