Serene Home Nursing Agency is the agency of choice for school districts throughout Long Island. We are contracted with dozens of school districts from western Nassau to eastern Suffolk County allowing our nurses, in most cases, the convenience of working close to home.

We offer highly competitive hourly rates and a paid “School Nurse Transition Training Program” to help our nurses feel confident and secure with their new assignments. We also now offer free Medical Malpractice insurance to our school nurses!

Serene school nurses also enjoy the freedom to have more quality time with their families and friends as most flexible work schedules are full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, either 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm, and they benefit from having holidays and weekends off as well!

We are seeking pediatric nurses both RN's and LPN's for these assignments. Must have good assessment skills and the required skillset for their pediatric patient in need. They must be responsible, trustworthy, willing to learn and possess a positive, friendly disposition. All nurses must be licensed by New York State to work for our agency.

Bilingual is a plus!
