Mt. Vernon Kids N Us is currently seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our School-Age classroom. This position is Monday through Friday. This position will be working with our School Age program (children ages 5-12). Driving children to and from local elementary schools & field trips. CDL is NOT required for this position.

As an Assistant Teacher at Kids N Us, you will help curious, young minds discover the joy of learning. Our proprietary curriculum engages both teacher and child in an exciting journey of discovery. You’ll partner with our Lead Teachers and Program Director to design fun and exciting educational experiences that recognize and foster each child’s individual interests while nurturing their social and emotional as well as cognitive development.

Assistant Teachers are required to have:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Washington State Drivers License
Clean Driving Record
No experience is necessary. Paid training provided
The desire and willingness to learn
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
