The scheduling representative data entry position is a key part our organization. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for entering all of the details pertaining to the scheduled assignment into our database.
Preferably candidate will have demonstrated experience in the litigation support industry (specifically working at a court reporting company). Candidate will work with the calendar team to acknowledge e-mails, phone calls, enter settings into our database, and suggest additional services to clients based on initial job requests.
Candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills. Our company uses court reporting scheduling software so prior experience with scheduling software is a plus.
- Strategize with our scheduling team to best use our employees.
- Reviewing incoming e-mails to schedule accordingly.
- Provide product/service information by answering questions from our clients.
- Maintain online database by entering and verifying information.
- Ensure that all incoming e-mails are answered and such communication is reflected in our scheduling software.
- Confirm that our employees have received and acknowledge the assignment.
- Serves customers and vendors by researching and responding to inquiries.
- Protects our organization and clients value by keeping information confidential.
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
Preferred:
Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior knowledge of/experience working in the Legal industry
