Scheduling Coordinator (1pm - 9pm Shift) -- Job Description:

Scheduling Coordinators are expected to perform a variety of duties related to coordinating service for clients.

Scheduler's Position Details:

• Hours: Part-time to full-time, depending on your availability (flexible schedule!)
• Shifts: Evening Shift (1pm - 9pm), must be able to work rotating schedule & some weekends
• Location: Winchester, VA

Scheduler's Duties:

• Receive & make high volume of calls, with an expected number of shifts filled per hour/day
• Schedule services for senior clients by matching with suitable CAREGivers
• Maintain accurate records in our software system
• Problem solve client and CAREGiver issues in a professional and timely manner
• Learn and operate our advanced-level internal software & multi-line phone system

Requirements to Become a Scheduling Coordinator:

• Be 18 years old
• Possess at least a high school degree or equivalent
• Possess a valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Possess at least 1 years’ experience in business, preferably in customer service or IT
• Be willing to cross-train in other departments in the company (required of all employees)
