Our services include personal care assistance, meal planning and preparation, medication reminding, housekeeping duties and other tasks that allow our clients to avoid relocation and remain healthy, happy, and home.
We are seeking a Care Manager that has a passion for working in the Eldercare Industry, is dedicated to making a difference, highly organized & has experience in Senior Care!
Duties Include:
- Interviewing and Hiring Qualified Caregivers
- Training Staff
- Matching Caregivers with clients
- Consulting with clients and families to assess needs
- Perform On Call Duties as needed
- Communicate and work directly with Agency Director and CSS Staff
