Revolution Industrial is currently seeking a Scheduler with a background in construction. The ideal canididate will have exerience as an cost control specialist with an engineering background. The Project Scheduler provides detailed schedules for a variety of commercial construction projects.
Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. This position is in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (Must be willing to travel). Feel free to submit your resume to schedule an interview (Monday – Friday).

Duties & Responsibilities: The construction scheduler role is a crucial part of the team, working closely with superintendents, project managers, estimators, and field leadership to create, plan, schedule, monitor and control all project activities. In this role you will work closely with Pre-Construction, Detailing, Procurement, Shop Fabrication, Coatings, Shipping & Receiving, and Field Operations Teams to ensure that each entity understands status and need dates. The scheduler woudl be collaborating with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Owners and Subcontractors, and Vendors.
- Develops and maintains schedules using project documents and blueprints for internal review utilizing critical path (CPM) scheduling techniques.
- Proactively gathers project data to represent the progress of the project deliverables.
- Reviews project schedule data to include records of activities, actual start to finish dates, cost, budgets, procurement, ground up for proposals and construction projects.
- Develops cost, budget and resource loaded schedules.
- Develops indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
- Advises and monitors critical pathways using advanced project management software.
- Facilitates scheduling meetings with project staff and subcontractors to advance schedule adherence and development while reviewing,correcting, and assembling the work of others working on a scheduled deliverable.
- Coordinates with internal and external customers to obtain data concerning the status of assigned project activities or milestones.
- Works with project staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to identify opportunities for schedule enhancement or recovery.
- Reviews proposal schedules by subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with schedule durations, workflow, and sequencing.
- Assist in preparation of Monthly Schedule Reporting and Narrative.
- Prepares Impact schedules and supporting documentation to present information from a knowledgeable standpoint to senior staff and clients.
- Periodic Performance Report Generation. Generation of project specific Performance Reports as well as Standard reports, including Critical Activities Report, Baseline Deviation Report, Earned Value Performance Index Report and Project Cash Flow Report.
- Cost and Resource Loading of Schedules including Metrics Resource Set for project staff and General Conditions, updating cost and resource actuals may be required as part of the periodic progress update process.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of Cost/Buyer experience in an industrial environment.
- 4-5 years of Industrial Construction Scheduling experience.
- 2-3 years of Project Management/Project Coordinator experience.
- Knowledge of various construction industry markets.
- Excellent knowledge of construction practices, methods, trends, and crew data.
- Advanced knowledge and specific expertise in construction materials, means, and methods.
- Ability to independently apply advanced analysis techniques, demonstrate experience in oversight of construction projects.
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a threat of harm to self or others.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
