Job Description:
Coordinator SBO Patient Accounting
Responsible for providing workflow support for the Single Billing Office (SBO). Responsible for flagging of accounts to facilitate legacy accounts/receivable clean-up, file transfer reconciliations, Medicare Bad Debt logs and audits, scanning and work queue support, as assigned. Serves as an on-site liaison and also helps support remote revenue cycle partners.
Full-Time Position (80 Hours Per Pay Period)

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
- Healthcare certification (AAHAM, NAHAM, HFMA), Epic Certification and/or training preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare revenue cycle
- Experience with Epic, Experian, OnBase or other revenue cycle solutions software required
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel), WebEx, Teams or other remote meeting/communication platforms
- Project management, technical implementations, and change management experience preferred
