Role: SAP SF Data Manager

Location: Remote

Job Duties:
A. Job Architecture (in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)

  • Modelling and creating new Job Codes (including various attributes –

Title, Code, Status, Grade, Level, Career Band, Job Family, Pay Scale
Group, etc.) to support the new job architecture.

  • Implementing the job architecture in a test instance of Employee Central

for validation prior to implementing in Production.

  • Creating new positions aligned with the new job codes.
  • Assigning people to the new positions (in partnership with Newmont’s

existing global HR Data Management team members).

B. Employee “before and after” statements

  • Develop and implement a solution for extracting current employee data

and matching with future state data (e.g. via Access database)

  • Support the Total Rewards team. Given the volume of statements that

will be prepared (over an extended period of time), work will include
designing an automated process for extracting current data, merging
with the to-be data, and providing in documents.

Mandatory Skills:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – experience with master data

changes and reporting including Job Codes, Organizational Hierarchy
and Position Management.

  • High level of knowledge of human resources processes and data.
  • Experience using and maintaining databases, particularly in MS Access.
  • Strong computer literacy skills and customer focus.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Experience implementing job architectures in SAP SuccessFactors

Employee Central.

  • Experience facilitating data extract and preparation for personalized

employee communications.

Top 3 Must Haves:

  • Knowledge of system testing processes, objectives and governance requirements, including development of test scripts.
  • Experience in the use and administration of ALM for system testing.
  • Experience with computer-based human resources systems

Assignment Length: 6 months

Assignment Location: 100% Remote - Mountain Time
