Summary/Objective

Clean-Up Crew is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the facility and equipment after production has ended for the day.

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Must be able to read, understand, and adhere to our Safety Policy and Good Manufacturing Practices (English or Spanish).

2. Breaking down equipment, cleaning individual parts and cleaning the bulk machine.

3. Using chemicals to clean and sanitize equipment and facility.

4. Climbing up and down ladders, step stools, and other height assisting tools.

5. Using high pressure hoses & nozzles and hot water to clean equipment and facility.

6. Must be able to attend all scheduled shifts for the duration of the shift.

7. Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.

8. Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Competencies

Mechanical — General knowledge of how machines work

Work Environment

This job operates in a factory setting and is often exposed to moving machine parts, machine noise, varying cold temperatures, hot water, chemicals, and concrete floors. This job may involve continuous pressured use of hands and wrists.

Work Authorization

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and provide documentation as outlined on page 3 of Form I-9.
