Reports To: Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and General Manager
Full-Time Position
Hours Vary (Monday - Saturday.) Will work 5 days per week.
Summary: The Sales Training Position reaches out to current customers and engages in marketing efforts to promote the dealership for future business opportunities. Individuals that excel at this position will have the opportunity to advance within the organization. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the nation's #1 volume Buick and GMC sales team.

Essential Duties:*

• Responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls
• Responsible for handling inbound and outbound internet leads
• Log customer details and comments in Company database
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge on products and services
• Remain fully compliant with Company HR trainings
• Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
• Performs other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:*

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet
